Aerial photography in Toronto.
Sharp, certified drone photography and video for real estate, construction, events, and brands — captured across Toronto and the GTA by a Transport Canada Advanced RPAS pilot who spent thirty years on the ground before flying over it.
Most aerial photography falls down in one of two places: the pilot can fly but doesn't understand what a client actually needs to see, or they understand the subject but can't legally or safely get the shot. SEBS Aerial sits in the overlap. Thirty years in construction — painter to site superintendent on major Toronto contracts — means the frame is composed around what a buyer, a stakeholder, or a project manager is looking for, not just what looks dramatic.
Every flight is flown under Transport Canada Advanced RPAS certification with $2M liability coverage, so the work holds up whether it's a downtown condo listing, a live construction site, or an event with people below. You get edited stills and video delivered through a private link, raw files on request, and a pilot who treats your schedule and your neighbours as part of the job.

Construction & sites
Scheduled progress photography, roof and façade condition imagery, and stakeholder-ready site overviews captured the same way every visit.
Events & weddings
Aerial coverage that captures what a ground photographer can't — coordinated with your existing team and discreet on the day.
Corporate & brand
Cinematic aerial content for property, product, and location marketing. Short edits, raw files, or full creative direction.
Aerial cinematography
Standalone cinematography for documentary, promotional, and creative projects. Storyboarded shoots and on-the-fly capture both welcome.
Inspection imagery
High-resolution visual inspection of roofs, façades, and hard-to-reach structures — crews stay safely on the ground.
Why SEBS Aerial
Certification and insurance are the price of entry for commercial aerial photography in Toronto — the difference is judgment. Knowing when a shot needs golden-hour light, when a construction client needs the same angle month over month, and when airspace near Pearson or Billy Bishop means the flight has to be planned days ahead.

Aerial photography in Toronto — FAQ
How much does aerial photography cost in Toronto?
Most shoots are quoted per project rather than a fixed rate, because a real-estate listing and a recurring construction flyover need very different time on site and in the edit. Send the location, what you need captured, and your timeline, and you'll get a written quote back within one business day. Pay-as-you-fly, no retainer.
Do you need a licence to fly a drone in Toronto?
Yes. Commercial drone work in Canada requires Transport Canada RPAS certification, and flights in busy Toronto airspace usually require the Advanced certificate plus airspace authorization. SEBS Aerial holds Advanced RPAS and ROC-A certification and carries $2M liability coverage on every flight.
What areas do you cover?
Toronto and the wider GTA are the standard service area — including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Oakville and Pickering. Southern Ontario and beyond are available with travel quoted in advance.
How quickly are photos and video delivered?
Edited stills and video are typically delivered within a few business days of the flight through a private link, with raw files available on request. Time-sensitive real-estate listings can be prioritized — mention the deadline when you request a quote.
