Can you do recurring monthly progress flights?
Yes. Scheduled flyovers — weekly, monthly, or milestone-based — are the core of the service. Each visit is captured from the same angles and altitudes so the timeline reads cleanly for stakeholders, lenders, and marketing.
Do you photograph roofs and façades for inspection?
Yes. High-resolution stills and walk-around video of roofs, façades, and accessible structures keep crews safely on the ground, with annotated frames where they help. This is visual documentation, not a substitute for a licensed engineering inspection.
Are you insured to fly over an active construction site?
Every flight carries $2M liability coverage and is flown under Transport Canada Advanced RPAS certification, with SFOC support arranged in advance for controlled airspace or near-people operations. Site safety coordination is treated as part of the job.
